SERVICES / PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

WAVETEC Queuing Systems has revolutionized the concept of Customer Service. Unlike conventional queuing i.e. standing in line, the eQ System improves service to customers by virtual elimination of waiting lines, ensuring continuity of service and minimizing the aggravation of rubbing shoulders with other clients. Customers are ensured a uniform minimal waiting time, and in fact are usually more relieved by the advance knowledge of the actual wait required. The Reporting Software contains an online efficiency monitoring system, providing greater control to the management and allowing them to motivate the Teller/Counter staff. This in turn provides the ability for better planning to improve the Quality of Service.

CONCEPT & CONFIGURATION

1. Issuance of Ticket:
The eQ Ticket Dispensing Unit (TDU) provides a modern interface for providing tickets to incoming clients. Our TDU's have the option to handle multiple categories with each button corresponding to a different category.

The TDU can either be installed in the reception area for self service or a help desk at the entrance can issue the tickets to the arriving customers. The issued Tickets hold a unique Customer Call Number, and can be custom designed with your corporate logo and marketing slogan.

   
Keeping your organizations requirement in this case; a Toch Screen TDU is ideally to be installed. The Touch Screen TDU can accommodate up to 64 service categories. Categories can be added instantly. You can even show eye-catching, dynamic promotional messages to captivate audience. Multiple screens can be used to guide customers step-by-step throughout the process to make it easy for them to transact.
   

2. Waiting Area Displays:
The eQ Status Display Units (SDU) are installed in the Customer Waiting Area and provide the comfort of knowing when one will be served while providing a relaxing environment to the waiting clients. Periodically the SDU announces the ticket and counter number, guiding the customer to a particular counter where his/her number is called. Depending on the frequency of customers Wavetec offers 2 & 4 line, Full Matrix, Tri Color, message scrolling SDU displays.

 

A new range of LCD based SDUs provide additional functionality and splendor by integrating Multimedia with the Ticket calling functionality. This grand display can not only entertain customers while fulfilling its ticket calling functionality but also be used for high end advertising of new products and services.

 

4. Calling at the Counters:
In addition to the SDU , the customer's ticket number will also flash on the Counter Display Unit (CDU) which is placed strategically on top of the counter he is being called from.

The CDU can either be suspended from the ceiling or wall mounted at the counter / room. The CDU displays 4 digit ticket numbers in Red, Green and Yellow and is capable of Multi-Lingual displays.

 

4. Controller for Calling Customers:
The eQ Teller Station Units (TSU) is used to call clients to the Counter when the counter person is finished serving a previous client. Wavetec TSU comes with an LCD (2 line - 20 character display) that provides information on the Queue status and a view of additional functionalities available to the Counter staff. The TSU thereby displays the ticket number to be served, enables the staff to call the next ticket number for any category. Besides offering basic calling functionalities; TSU offers various additional functions such as Wait , Transfer, Random Call, Priority Call, Recall etc.

 

Soft - TSU is a software replica of the traditional Teller Station Unit that allows the counter staff to operate the queue from their desktop PC. As opposed to its hardware alternative, the “soft” element of Soft- TSU makes it flexible to accommodate your unique requirements like adding custom buttons, real time queue status reports and layout. Soft TSU avoids sensory overloading especially during peak hours as the service personnel are required to frequently switch between multiple devices otherwise.

 

5. Control and Reporting Software
eQwave
runs on any generic Windows based PC controlling and monitoring the Queuing process and its various modules over a Local Area Network. It communicates with all the modules of the eQ system and is also used to configure the system. eQwave also saves all the records generated by the system as data in real-time, this data is later utilized by eQ's Reporting Software to generate detailed MIS Reports for the Senior Management.
