Bangladesh Bank
has taken decision to take tough action against the banks, involved in "money
laundering", popularly known as "hundy business".
The central bank has already issued separate show-cause notices on two
private banks asking them to clarify why the licences of the concerned branches of the
banks would not be cancelled for money laundering. |
